WHERE IT ALL STARTED

I have been dancing since the age of 3 and started out tapping in a church hall in my patent leather school shoes! Since that day I have always had a passion for performing.
I attending Maloney's dance school in Middlesbrough from a young age and performed in many festivals and shows, when I was 8 years old I was advised to attend a stage school in Dawlish, Devon, here I was taught by the best teachers the country had to offer.
I later moved to Plymouth where I attended The Jurek Sroka school of dance, then The Linda Mortimore school of dance, I entered many festivals, took exams in Modern, Tap and Ballet, Lamda drama exams and took part in charity events,school shows and pantomimes at the Theatre Royal
When I finished school, I moved to Southampton and had a full scholarship at Roynon Dance Centre, an approved dance centre for teacher training, here I spent 3 years working very hard to complete my studies, I gained my teaching certificates in Ballet, Modern, Tap and National dance, dance history and anatomy and physiology. 
I have freelanced at a lot of schools over the years, including The Linda Mortimore School of Dance,  Southampton university, Italia Conti, Lipson co-operative academy GCSE, The Grace Academy, Totnes school of dance, Classique Academy, and Plymouth College to name a few.
I am still studying today as times change and continual professional development is of importance to maintain a safe teaching practice for years to come.
